The flavor is the best of any seam moss gel I've ever tried. You can actually grab spoonfuls and just eat it. Unlike many that taste awful and need to be mixed in a smoothie or something. This is very pleasant, I would definitely recommend and purchase again. I love that it came packaged in a glass jar, also I have energy every day and feel the difference. I have experienced a Reiki healing session here at Denaj Lil Luxiree's it was my first session. I thought it would be like a massage but it clearly was not. Rosalind explained everything throughout the session. She explained the connection to our Chakras and organs which can be balanced through Reiki.
